Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operates and is a leader in real estate development, as well as living technology and innovation. The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity areas and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht.

We are looking for new talent to join us in the position of Business Development Engineer

Responsibilities

                     - Oversee the company's low-rise real estate projects in line with the business plan
                     - Prepare Feasibility studies for assigned projects for review by supervisors
                     - Prepare accurate and complete plans for assigned projects
                     - Coordinate with all departments to drive projects according to plan and budget per the Feasibility and in line with the company's business plan
                          including resolving problems to keep projects on track with the planned schedule and budget
                     - Update monthly project plans and progress

Qualifications
                     - Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Administration
                     - Work experience in the real estate business
                     - Knowledge of engineering, work management and planning
