Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operates and is a leader in real estate development, as well as living technology and innovation. The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity areas and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht.
We are looking for new talent to join us in the position of Business Development Engineer (Business Development/ Real Estate Business Strategy)
Responsibilities
- Plan, analyse and conduct organisational Risk Assessment, presenting it to executives and relevant departments as operational guidelines, with the goal of increasing
risk management capability
- Liaise with government agencies, state enterprises and others such as BOI and NSTDA to enhance efficiency and business privileges
- Prepare Feasibility studies for assigned projects
- Prepare development plans for assigned projects that can be practically implemented
- Coordinate with various departments to drive assigned projects according to plan and budget per the Feasibility
- Update project plans and progress
- Handle other related assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or other related fields
- At least 2 years of work experience in real estate/construction
- Good English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Computer/Program: Excel (high level), MS Power Point (high level), MS Word (moderate level)
