Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operates and is a leader in real estate development, as well as living technology and innovation. The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity areas and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht.

We are looking for new talent to join us in the position of Marketing Department Manager (Marketing Manager), 1 position

Responsibilities

                     - Plan high-level marketing strategies, including advertising plans and campaigns
                     - Analyse the market, competitors and customers, including the market and competitive conditions of the real estate business
                     - Supervise and provide guidance to help the team achieve its goals
                      - Able to handle immediate problems effectively and prepare reports for executives
                     - Other assigned tasks

Qualifications
                     - 5-10 years of marketing experience in the real estate business
                     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
                     - Creative, good personality, patient, quick-witted and able to adapt quickly to situations
                     - Able to communicate in English
                     - Skilled in statistical data analysis for planning and developing marketing strategies
                     - Proficient in various computer programs
