The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a prime location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, event space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a total project value of more than THB 10,800 million
We are looking for new talent to join us as Finance Officer
Responsibilities
- Prepare cash budgets (Cashflow) for all subsidiaries of Siamese Asset Co., Ltd.
- Coordinate with the Business Development department and other relevant departments to prepare the subsidiaries' annual business plans
- Coordinate with the Accounting department and relevant parties to finalise the subsidiaries' annual financial statements
- Meet with the management of each subsidiary to resolve the subsidiaries' financial issues in every dimension
- Prepare applications and liaise with banks to obtain credit facilities for the subsidiaries' various businesses
- Monitor, review and report on the performance of the subsidiaries in order to prepare quarterly performance reports for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or a related field
- Experience in finance and preparing Cash Flow in the real estate or construction business
- Able to use Microsoft Office and communicate in English
- Agile and responsible
