The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, fully equipped with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a total project value of more than THB 10,800 million.

                     Assistant Managing Director (Civil Engineer)

Responsibilities

                     - Plan construction work for the company's low-rise projects
                     - Monitor pre-construction and construction work to ensure it follows the set plan
                     - Inspect sites, meet with contractors, follow up and resolve issues that arise
                     - Source additional contractors where needed
                    

Qualifications
                     - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
                     - At least 3 years of experience in low-rise real estate
