                     Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operates as a leader in real estate development, as well as residential technology and innovation. The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, fully equipped with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a total project value of more than THB 10,800 million.

                     Sales Officer

Responsibilities

                     - Plan sales, expand sales channels, study the market and compare promotions in the market as information for sales
                     - Look after customers visiting the project, recommend units that match customers' needs, and provide advice and consultation through to closing the sale
                     - Follow up on leads received through various channels and summarize the results
                     - Plan work efficiently, generate sales and support the team in achieving its targets
                     - Summarize information on customers visiting the project, the reasons for closing/not closing sales, and solutions to close sales

Qualifications
                     - Bachelor's degree in any field
                     - At least 1 year of real estate experience
                     - Good at solving problems on the spot
