Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operates as a leader in real estate development, as well as residential technology and innovation. The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, fully equipped with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a total project value of more than THB 10,800 million.
We are looking for a new-generation team member for the position of Spa Manager (Spa Manager)
Responsibilities
- Manage strategy and operations, and plan sales and marketing, services, cost control and personnel
- Control spa standards to comply with legal requirements
- Plan customer service and develop massage skills, as well as various treatments, in line with standards
- Supervise and establish efficient overall operating systems
- Analyze customer needs to gather information for developing sales and services
- Responsible for the Therapist Training plan for staff at the branches under supervision, as specified
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of Spa management experience
- At least 3 years of spa experience in 4-star or higher hotels or a Luxury Spa
- Licensed spa operator
- Basic English communication skills and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Spa Therapy, or experience as a Spa Trainer
- Experience in Financial Acumen and preparing a monthly Budget plan
- Thai nationality (Thai Nationality only)
- Able to work shifts
