HR Manager / Human Resources Manager

                     Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, is a leader in real estate development as well as residential technology and innovation. The company is developing a large Mixed-Use project in a prime location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, event space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht

                     We are looking for new talent to join us as Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)

Responsibilities

                     - Manage personnel administration and appropriate human resources strategic planning
                     - Plan and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department, from manpower planning, recruitment,
                     employee selection, performance appraisal, salary and wage administration, benefits, training,
                     personnel development and employee relations, so that HR management achieves maximum efficiency and is aligned with the organisation's goals
                     - Build good relationships between the organisation and its employees, including resolving various issues
                     - Report performance results to management
                     - Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications
                     - Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Law, Business Administration or a related field
                     - 10 years of experience in full-function human resources, covering both HRM and HRD
                     - 7 years of experience at HR management level
                     - HR full-function experience in the real estate business
                     - Knowledge and understanding of labour law and related laws
                     - Management and planning skills, as well as teamwork
                     - Good English communication skills
                     - Proficient in Microsoft Office
                     - Detail-oriented, honest, patient and flexible at work
                     - Good communication skills
