The company is developing a large Mixed-Use project in a prime location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, event space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht

                     We are looking for new talent to join us as Building Technician (Juristic Person)

Responsibilities

                     - Look after facilities within the project
                     - Handle services for co-owners and residents
                     - Preventive maintenance and repair of the building's electrical, mechanical, sanitary and air-conditioning systems
                    
                    
                    
                    

Qualifications
                     - High Vocational Certificate or higher in Electrical or a related field
                     - At least 2 years of experience in condominium buildings
                     - Work location: Siamese Gioia Sukhumvit 31 project
