The company is developing a large Mixed-Use project in a prime location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, event space and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht
We are looking for new talent to join us as Draftsman (Draftman)
Responsibilities
- Prepare Shop Drawings for housing projects, covering MEP systems as well as structural and architectural work across all projects
- Prepare As-built drawings for all projects (structural, architectural, Built-in and all MEP systems)
- Prepare Check lists, Shop drawings and Combine Drawings
- Prepare the Shop Drawing schedule
- Record building data during construction
- Overview of the BIM Model and Revit software for structures
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High Vocational Certificate to Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 0-3 years of experience in structural, architectural and MEP drafting
- Able to work both at the Sanam Pao head office and at sites in Bangkok and its vicinity
- Responsible, honest, hardworking and patient
- Able to work Monday - Saturday
