BD Officer (Business Development Officer)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare feasibility studies for assigned projects.
  • Develop project plans for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that assigned projects are implemented according to the plan and budget outlined in the feasibility study.
  • Update and improve project plans and progress to keep them current.
  • Take responsibility for other assigned tasks related to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in the real estate/construction industry
