Financial Officer

                     Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operates and is a leader in real estate development, as well as living technology and innovation. The company is developing a large-scale Mixed-Use project on a high-potential location, complete with office buildings, residences, a Co-Working Space, activity areas and a 2,000 sq.m. community mall, with a project value of more than 10,800 million baht.

                     We are looking for new talent to join us in the position of Financial Officer (Financial Officer), 1 position

Responsibilities

                     1. Responsible for the company's finances, both receivables and payables
                     2. Record payments received: booking deposits, contract payments, down payments, and ownership transfer payments
                     3. Verify incoming funds, record accounting entries, and issue receipts/tax invoices
                     4. Liaise with banks to obtain certificates of inward foreign remittance
                     5. Record document data and prepare cheque payments in time for the scheduled cycles

Qualifications
                     - Bachelor's degree in Finance from a leading institution
                     - Good English communication skills
                     - Honest, detail-oriented and a fast learner
                     - Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.
                     - Fresh graduates are welcome
