Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA) 的股东已批准支付每股 0.08 泰铢的现金股息，计划于 5 月 23 日支付。与此同时，公司正在推进其 2025 年计划，重点是扩大品牌住宅和综合用途项目，并在“可持续创新生活 (THE SUSTAINOVATIVE LIVING)”理念下从其酒店和服务业务中建立经常性收入。公司目前拥有超过 52 亿泰铢的强劲销售订单，支持其在 2025-2026 年的增长。
Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA) 首席财务官 Leetita Aksornjirarat 女士透露，2025 年年度股东大会批准了 2024 年经营业绩的股息支付，利率为每股 0.08 泰铢，支付日期定为 2025 年 5 月 23 日。2024年，公司业绩增长显著，总收入较上年增长137.56%，净利润增长74.47%。
关于 2025 年业务计划，公司正朝着在“可持续创新生活”理念下成为可持续生活领导者的目标迈进。到 2026 年，公司的目标是高层项目收入占比 70%，低层项目占比 20%，经常性收入占比 10%。公司将继续加速开发品牌住宅和综合用途项目，并扩大酒店、餐饮和医疗服务等相关业务，以满足租赁市场需求并产生稳定收入。
Furthermore, the company prioritizes sustainable development by integrating green innovations into all its projects, such as the Air of Life system, solar rooftops, and EV chargers. SA is committed to ensuring that all its projects achieve EDGE green building certification. This not only helps reduce energy consumption by over 40% but also reflects the company's environmentally friendly business operations and its responsiveness to the needs of modern consumers. Currently, the company has a sales backlog of over THB 5.2 billion, which is expected to be gradually recognized as revenue during 2025-2026.
