Siamese Asset and Green Building Development for Perfect Living
Environmental and energy problems are major issues at both the national and global levels. For many reasons, basic resources are used beyond what is necessary, leading to environmental degradation. The construction industry has therefore developed the concept of green building as a starting point and a model for solving the problem. The main goal is energy saving, because every building is used over the long term, and the taller the building, the more energy it requires compared with ordinary buildings, with electricity being the most used form of energy. Improper management will affect the building itself as well as the surrounding society and community. A building that qualifies as a green building must have at least 5 key features: the land and surroundings of the building must be natural; it must have water-saving and energy-saving systems; it must be built with environmentally friendly materials; resources in the office must be managed, for example by choosing products that can be reused or recycled into something else; and, most importantly, the building's users must be healthy in both body and mind. Only then can it be considered a perfect green building.
