Siamese Asset Public Company Limited held the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the form of E-AGM
Mr. Vorapol Sokatiyanurak (The 4th person from the right) President, Mr. Kajonsit Singsansern (The 4th person from the left) and Mrs. Sunanta Singsansern (The 2nd person from the left) the Human Resource Chief Operating Officer (HRCOO), and Directors and executives of Siamese Asset Public Company Limited or SA, attended the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders through the electronic channel (E-AGM). The shareholders passed the resolution to pay the dividend for the performance of 2020 at the rate 0.262 baht per share. The reinvesting dividends were paid at the rate 15 original stocks: 1 dividend stock, equal to the dividend payment rate at 0.067 baht per share and cash payment rate at 0.195 baht per share.
