Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and various measures from government agencies, Siamese Asset Public Company Limited has consistently followed measures and recommendations from government agencies very well. After visits from various government agencies, they received praise for the measures implemented and used them as a model for other companies.
Beyond the measures for care and prevention of COVID-19, management has also issued policies to ensure personnel have a good quality of life in both work and living. One such policy is the "White Project," a program to screen workers for drugs. Drug testing is conducted before starting work and through regular random checks. If a worker is found to be using drugs, they will immediately be barred from working with the company. This is to establish standards for working and living well for all workers.
In the future, no one can know when the pandemic will end. The company will continue to follow preventive measures to take good care of its personnel.
