Representing Siamese Asset (SA), Mrs. Sunanta Singsansern (COO), Ms. Leetita Aksornjirarat (CFO), and Mr. Supak Lelakul (Managing Director for Housing) received three FIABCI-Thai PRIX D'EXCELLENCE AWARDS from the International Real Estate Federation, consisting of the following categories:
- ENVIRONMENTAL (REHABILITATION/CONSERVATION) award for the MONSANE Exclusive Villa Ratchapruk-Pinklao project.
- AFFORDABLE HOUSING award for the SIAMESE Blossom Phahol-Vibhavadi project.
- RESIDENTIAL (LOW RISE) award for the MONSANE Exclusive Villa Ratchapruek-Pinklao project.
