Siamese Asset Certified by CAC, Reflecting Its Integrity
Committed to Fighting Corruption for a Sustainable Business
On 12 July 2024, Mr. Panthep Asanitthong, Vice Chairman of Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, represented the Company in receiving a certificate of recognition at the CAC Certification Ceremony 2024 "Business Beyond CAC : Spotlight on Supply Chain", held to present certificates to companies certified by Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) in Q4/2023, at Hotel Nikko Bangkok. He also took part in a panel discussion on the topic "Transparent Business Supply Chains, Sustainable Thai Business Sector" together with more than 100 other companies certified by Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC).
In 2023, the Company submitted a self-evaluation form to join the “Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption” (Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption) initiative, a clear demonstration that the Company conducts its business with honesty, integrity, ethics, transparency and social responsibility, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, and does not tolerate corruption in any form, whether direct or indirect. The Company has published its anti-corruption policy and other policies on the Company's website so that everyone can access them.
The Company pledges that it will remain committed to conducting its business transparently and ethically for sustainable growth, taking into account all stakeholders, in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.
