SIAMESE ASSET INVESTOR DAY 2024: An Overwhelming Success!
Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA) held SIAMESE ASSET INVESTOR DAY 2024 to express its gratitude to investors for their trust in and support of the Company. The event took place on 21 - 22 and 28 - 29 June and 5 - 6 and 12 – 13 July 2024 at the LANDMARK AT MRTA STATION RAMA9 project.
Mr. Khajornsit Singsansern, Chief Executive Officer of Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA), graciously spoke about the Company's future investment plans, covering debentures, condominiums and hotels, which greatly reassured investors.
At the event, lunch and dinner were served by Rosemary restaurant, with spa services from SIAMESE WELLNESS and SIAMESE PRAVINIA. Investors were also taken on a tour of the successful, best-selling LANDMARK AT MRTA STATION project on Rama 9 Road, a project partnering with a variety of world-class hotel brands, such as Cassia Residences of Banyan Group and Crowne Plaza by IHG.
SIAMESE ASSET INVESTOR DAY 2024 reflects the Company's commitment to developing quality projects that meet customers' needs, while delivering the best returns to investors.
The Company is opening subscriptions for name-registered, unsubordinated debentures with a debenture holders' representative on 19 and 23-24 July 2024, divided into 3 tranches as follows
Tranche 1: 2-year term, secured debentures, fixed interest rate of 7.00% per annum
Tranche 2: 3-year term, secured debentures, fixed interest rate of 7.50% per annum
Tranche 3: 1-year 1-month term, unsecured debentures, fixed interest rate of 7.25% per annum
