SA Reports First-Half Results with Net Profit of 178.40 Million Baht
and Revenue of 2,175.58 Million Baht, Up 119.54 %
Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA) posted first-half results with profit up 186.52%, driven by transfers at its major Landmark @ MRTA Station project and the success of diversifying revenue into the hotel service business. The Company indicated that second-half performance will continue to grow from the first half and is confident that 2024 results will more than double.
Overall, the Group's operating results for Q2/2024 showed total revenue of 1,001.21 million baht, comprising revenue from the sale of real estate and goods, services and other income, resulting in total profit of 68.66 million baht, or 702.26% compared with the same period of the previous year.
In the second half, the Company expects continued growth from the planned progressive transfers at the Landmark @MRTA Station project, together with planned progressive transfers of low-rise projects such as Siamese Blossom Phahon-Vibhavadi, twin houses and townhomes on Phahonyothin Road, and Siamese Holm Phahon-Vibhavadi, single-detached houses on a main road near Future Park Rangsit. The Company also plans to open 1 new hotel in the Landmark @MRTA Station project within the fourth quarter of this year. It is therefore confident that this year's performance can more than double, reaching 5,000 - 6,000 million baht in line with its target.
