Wins FIABCI-Thai PRIX D’EXCELLENCE AWARDS
TRIBE Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 hotel has successfully won the FIABCI-Thai PRIX D'EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2024 in the Environmental (Rehabilitation/Conservation) Category, for real estate projects in environmental conservation, from the Thai Real Estate Association International (FIABCI-Thailand) at the FIABCI-Th Property Awards 2024 ceremony.
This prestigious award reflects the distinction of TRIBE Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 39, TRIBE Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 39, a new lifestyle hotel with a distinctive design, part of the Accor group and the first TRIBE-branded hotel in Thailand, in the heart of Sukhumvit. It combines modern design that meets the lifestyles of today's guests, with an emphasis on privacy, comfort and environmentally conscious design, such as the renovation of an existing building, the reuse of filtered water for the building's air-conditioning system, the selection of water-saving sanitary ware and products, and air filtration systems installed in every area of the building with the 'Air of Life' product by Siamese Asset, which helps reduce air pollution and promotes the health of users and residents, among others. It has received the EDGE Advanced Certificate, an international standard for green buildings that affirms Siamese Asset's environmentally friendly business practices.
