Siamese Asset Fosters Employee Learning as Both Givers and Receivers
On May 17, 2025, at the SIG Meeting Room on Ramintra Road, Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, in collaboration with Siamese Intelligence Co., Ltd., organized a "Construction Management" training course. The session was led by Mr. Kitti Meethong, Chief Construction Officer, and Mr. Sermsak Kampawong, Project Manager, who together shared their expertise.
The training was attended by Project Managers and Project Engineers from various projects. Participants gained essential knowledge and professional skills in construction management, focusing on enhancing project management efficiency and practical approaches to resolving construction issues based on direct experience. The course also covered methods and techniques in technical aspects of construction management, contract management, and organizational management, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project oversight. This knowledge and experience can be directly applied to their work, aligning with the company's core value of continuous learning and sustainable development, which emphasizes a commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
