SA Expands Its Hospitality Business Officially Launches a New Branch of Italian Restaurant PESTO (PESTO – Modern Handcrafted Osteria) at Siamese Exclusive Sukhumvit 31

Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (“SA”) continues to expand its hospitality business, encompassing wellness-oriented hotels as well as food and beverage (F&B) operations, with the objective of generating recurring income and strengthening the Company’s long-term revenue structure.

In 2025, SA’s food and beverage segment recorded total annual revenue growth of more than 5% compared to the previous year. Currently, SA operates a total of seven F&B outlets under its portfolio, including Marie Guimar, Rosemary, and Kafeology. One of the key highlights was the launch of The Moon – Hong Kong Cuisine in 2025, which has received consistently positive feedback from customers.

Moving into 2026, SA further enhances its culinary excellence through a team of seasoned professionals led by Mr. Ayusakorn Arayangkoon, Group F&B Director of Siamese Taste Company Limited, who holds a Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie Certificate and is recognized as one of the early pioneers of casual French dining in Thailand. He is joined by Chef Dhanit Singshinsuk, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme de Cuisine, bringing extensive experience to elevate culinary standards and establish distinctive brand identities across SA’s restaurant portfolio. In 2026, SA officially launched a new branch of the Italian restaurant “PESTO (PESTO – Modern Handcrafted Osteria)” on the 1st floor of Siamese Exclusive Sukhumvit 31, following the strong and continuous success of its first branch at Ramada by Wyndham Sukhumvit 87.

PESTO represents a modern Italian dining concept distinguished by its Pasta Lab and Sourdough Lab, producing fresh items daily using authentic recipes and ingredients sourced from the Liguria and Tuscany regions. These traditions are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, delivering classic Italian cuisine while preserving the true spirit of an Osteria. The restaurant offers a warm, welcoming “Sunday Nonna” atmosphere—reminiscent of homemade meals—while emphasizing quality, flavor, and an approachable everyday dining experience. Looking ahead to 2026, SA anticipates continued growth in its food and beverage business, driven by the success of its existing outlets, strategic expansion into high-potential locations, and diversification of brands within its hospitality portfolio. SA remains committed to continuously developing its hospitality business to increase recurring income and reinforce long-term financial stability.<
