Siamese Asset Partners with SWU to Advance “Suk Asoke”
Enhancing Safety and the Environment for a Better Quality of Life in the Community

Mr. Monthien Yingdamnoon, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer of Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA), together with the company’s representatives, met with Associate Professor Chananporn Areekul, Ph.D., Assistant to the President for Planning and Social Strategies, and Dr. Ophat Sukwan, Assistant to the President for Physical Development, representing Srinakharinwirot University (SWU), to discuss potential collaboration on the development of the Asoke area. The discussion focused on enhancing public safety, waste management, and the local environment, as well as expanding the “Suk Asoke” community network.
One of the key initiatives under consideration is the development of safer pedestrian routes through the installation of solar-powered lighting in areas with insufficient illumination within the Srinakharinwirot University campus and the surrounding neighborhoods. The collaboration will also promote greater knowledge and understanding of proper waste separation to help address the disposal of mixed waste in condominiums, retail areas, and the wider community. The partners plan to coordinate with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), while providing opportunities for SWU students to apply their knowledge in developing communication materials that respond to real-world local needs and support public awareness of proper waste separation.
This discussion marks another important step in Siamese Asset’s commitment to enhancing the quality of urban spaces. By combining the company’s capabilities with SWU’s academic knowledge and research expertise, the partnership aims to develop practical approaches that improve public safety and quality of life while fostering a more livable, environmentally responsible, and community-friendly urban environment. The initiative also reflects Siamese Asset’s commitment to developing its projects alongside the creation of shared value with local communities, contributing to sustainable development over the long term.
