Siamese Asset believes closing sales of 2 condos
at the end of the year
Mr. Kajohnsit Singsunsern, a chairman of the board and acting managing director of Siamese Asset Company Limited revealed that After launching 2 condominium projects, consisting of Blossom Condo @ Fashion Project on Ram Intra Road, which opened for sale in June. Currently, 70% of the sales are in the whole project with 326 units and the last lot sold for 108 units at the end of October which is expected to close the entire project sales by the end of this year. For the Siamese Exclusive Project on Sukhumvit 31 Road, there are 192 units that group high-end customers. Currently, 75% of sales have been launched last August. The remaining 25% of the units will be sold by CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) or CBRE.
